Registration

Notice: Payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Venmo) are non-refundable. If a refund is requested, the original processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued for the original payment amount minus the processing fee charged at the time of the transaction. All refunds will be processed via a check.

This policy applies to all future event registrations and fee payments made via third-party payment processors.

This policy is effective as of 4/20/26.
